There is something so special about getting away with the women you love. A girls’ trip to Hawaiʻi can be full of adventures, dinners and beach days, but sometimes the memory you need most is the one where everyone finally slows down together.

Wellness is even more beautiful when we create together

One of the things I love about sound healing is how naturally it can complement other wellness practices. This beautiful Oʻahu event combined acupuncture with a crystal singing bowl sound bath, creating a space where different approaches to well-being could come together in one experience.

The heart behind every sound bath, why?

I seem to find heart shapes everywhere, especially when I am preparing for my sound baths, and I like to believe they reflect the love I pour into every session.

For me, a sound bath is much more than playing beautiful instruments. I care deeply about every detail and about the energy I bring into the space. We begin each meditation with a breathing exercise to gently open the heart, because I believe that when we soften there, it becomes easier for the mind to let go and for the body to feel safe enough to relax.

Nature is always part of my work. The ocean, the earth, the elements around us and, most importantly, love. That intention changes the experience for me, and I truly hope you have the chance to feel it for yourself while you are here in Hawaiʻi.
