Reiki was one of the first tools I learned at the beginning of my awakening.

I wanted to learn Reiki for myself but as I started feeling the transformation within me, an inner fire naturally began growing, and I felt called to start sharing Reiki with others.

Reiki is a beautiful way to grow and heal ourselves. It’s not only for healers, but for anyone who is willing to transform. 🦋

I teach private Reiki trainings year-round, both in person in Honolulu and online, from beginner levels all the way to Reiki Master 🙏

The last couple of weeks have been crazy! Not only because of the hustle of moving, but also because of all the emotions and triggers that get activated with any new chapter in life.

But it has also been a beautiful opportunity to revisit some lessons, let go of old patterns and attachments that no longer serve me, and truly create space for something more aligned with who I am becoming.🦋

I’m still adapting to my new sanctuary and slowly settling in, but I’m beginning to feel its powerful energy.

And I have to say… Mother Earth definitely called me here 🍃

They chose to come on a retreat together as a family, welcoming a new chapter with more purpose, deeper connection, and a renewed sense of what truly matters. 🤍

It was such an honor to guide them through a journey of healing, remembering and awakening, creating space to reconnect with themselves and each other. ✨

My private retreats are intimate, deep healing experiences for solo travelers, couples, families, and friends to transform their lives from the inside out. 🌴🌊

My heart is filled with gratitude, joy, and excitement after hosting the Summer Solstice Retreat this past weekend.

I’m so grateful for all the beautiful souls who said yes to their inner transformation and for the wonderful memories we created together.

We spent time outdoors enjoying nature and experienced powerful spiritual practices that supported deep inner transformation.

We live in a world that is constantly asking us to work hard and keep pushing ourselves to the point where we forget the simple things in life.

During the retreat, we gave ourselves permission to slow down, focus on baby steps, and return to our true essence.

It was so uplifting to witness them realizing how much they had been overcomplicating their lives, and how they had forgotten the simple things that truly bring joy and fullness to the heart.

The practices we shared during the retreat allowed them to open their hearts, heal from within, and expand their consciousness to create a more sustainable and balanced life.

They went back home with hearts full of excitement and tools to continue their healing journeys.

And if feel called to come to Hawaii and experience a transformative healing experience, I have a few private retreat dates available in mid-August and September.

For the first time in a long time, I attended the just to enjoy the fair 😆

No booth, no presentation this time. Just me showing up to receive the experience, be a student, and connect with like-minded souls.

I was really excited to see so many new vendors launching their businesses for the first time, and I left the expo with my heart full of hope and excitement, and a better understanding of why my soul has been guiding me to support my fellow entrepreneurs. 🙏✨

There are so many gifted people with so much passion in their hearts, but many haven’t yet fully embodied the steps, energetic codes, and mindset that allow them to confidently share their gifts and talents with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.

And I’m so excited to share a new leadership class that I’ve been quietly gestating for quite a while… and it’s finally ready to be born. 💕
