To special not to share on my Custom fit Hawaii IG ;)
Years of dedication to this thing we call cheerleading in a small town called Agawam! I started in cheer right out of 4th grade. I graduated with 8 other women whom also started cheer with me. Together we grew as athletes! Practice 5-6x week and gymnastics on top of it all! We cheered for football and basketball. On occasions we would cheer for other sports when asked. Cheerleading was 2 seasons long… but really we think of it as 3 seasons; when you count summer camps and practices started soon after! There was a list of cheers, dances, and routines we had to know for the games. What many don’t know… is the countless hours we spent practicing for what we cherished most about cheer… competition!!! We would show up to games early to practice “our sport”, then stay and cheer for their sport. Our practices were mainly for the sole purpose to practice our routine, for our competitions. All those cheers and short dances you see at games, were practiced as fast as you could imagine; just to get to what mattered most to us. Our competition routine!!! We competed at national level all 4 years in high school. My Senor year was our year! There was no doubt we would walk away from nationals top 3! Our routine was flawless. We had a glitch in our music, which cost us many points. In the end … we knew in our hearts where we stood. So many life lessons learned in my lifetime from cheer! After I graduated high school, I helped assist coach AHS cheer. My sophomore year at college I was on a coed competitive all star team. Junior year of college I ended up at UH of Manoa! My first year in Hawaii with no cheer… who am I? What will I do with my life? My last year of college at UH, I had the honor to coach high school cheer at Kalani high school. Cheer was something much more then a seasonal sport. Cheer was my life!
These women you see in this picture … are all strong, loving, determined, inspiring, hard working, and good hearted women! I love you all very much! All the way!!! Whatever it takes!!! So thankful for you all ♥️

*The primitive memory is beginning to develop. Music and voices will leave an impression on your baby’s brain!
* The lungs are developing and preparing to take its first breath!
* baby’s eyes are completely developed and the brain is able to register sound and light.
- Everyday I take moments to connect with this little life forming in my body ... speaking to her and breathing good calm energy into the life force she will become 🙏🏽♥️ Our connection with “life” is always deeper then the physical form or what any science can prove. Our feelings and sense of intuition is always our first line of knowing. Go deeper and connect ♥️

In the month of April I taught free zoom workouts Tuesday and Thursdays for anyone that was available to zoom in 9am Hawaii time🥰💪🏽👊🏽
Now, for the month of May I only teach Thursdays 9am.
It brings so much joy that I am able to teach and record these workouts! When I am done I try and send out to as many people that I can think of:) It’s so important to keep our mind and body connected. Without our health ... we truly have nothing to give or be ✨♥️🙏🏽 Take care everyone! Keep moving! Eat healthy as much as you can! Drink lots of water! Get plenty of sleep! See the light always ✨♥️✨ One love
