Attention Hemptuary Ohana! 🏛️ If you need to renew or apply for your medical cannabis card soon, please plan ahead to avoid any lapse in your certification.
The Department of Health (DOH) Registry will be offline for system maintenance starting August 5th through August 12th.
What you need to know:
• 🛑 No new submissions: No new applications, renewals, or updates can be started or submitted during this time.
• 📥 Card downloads only: The registry will be offline except for your ability to log in and download an already accepted, active 329 card.
What we recommend: Because the portal will be unavailable, we highly recommend booking your Hemptuary appointment before July 29th. This ensures you have plenty of time to submit your paperwork before the shutdown.
The good news is that local turnaround times for 329 cards remain incredibly efficient, taking just 1 to 2 working days to arrive digitally in your inbox once approved.
