The ultimate mommy makeover- tummy tuck with fat transfer to the breasts from the abdomen, muffin tops and thighs. Just 3 days post- op and she already looks amazing and making a super quick recovery.

1 week follow up for fat transfers to the breasts from the abdomen, thighs and muffin tops for a more total body transformation in addition to naturally enhanced breasts. Follow along with her progress when we see her again in 3 months when we reveal her final breast volume from the successfully grafted fat after the swelling subsides. You can already see the improved body contouring though but you will see more in the next few months.

12 day follow up for a recent breast case where we removed 13 year old encapsulated ruptured and asymmetric silicone gel breast implants and replaced the volume with fat transferred from her abdomen, muffin tops and left thigh. Most of the bruising and swelling has dissipated and she’s already back at work as a physician. She’s also 63 years old. Breast fat transfer cases are much more difficult when a patient already has implants in place and has capsular contracture or rupture or both. But she still made a quick recovery and should keep a lot of her volume, but we will follow her progress and check back with her in about 3 months when the final volume has stabilized.

One of my toughest breast fat transfer cases (and all of the toughest cases involve breast deformity caused breast implant complications). This case was particularly challenging because she did not have favorable qualities for the 3 most important variables that help to determine the success of graft cell take: 1) significant scar tissue and deformity from previous surgery and little breast tissue to work with 2) lack of abundance of good excess fat to transfer 3) she is older than my average patient for this procedure (the younger the better). But she still got an amazing result given what she had to work with (and the body contouring improvement was a bonus!). She is implant free and her breasts feel like the natural breasts she had before.
