Lately I’ve been on this mental binge about life and the meaning behind it our true purposes and what our duty in earth is as a spiritual soul. The more I have thought about life on less physical plane I realize three major things :
1) All we will have when we go in this life is our soul ; our bodies are temporary and as much as being healthy is vital we don’t have to obsess over body image to the point of self hate .
2) In life at any point of struggle or you feel like what you are going through is too much to bare simply close your eyes and say to your self “it’s only temporary because the only thing that is consistent in life is CHANGE” .
3) we don’t need to focus on our bad habits , instead we should spend that energy we take beating our self up every day and put it into being creative or interact with family or pets instead, meditation , cooking , singing what’re it is that makes you feel you! Spend less time thinking “I wish u could” and just do it because we only got one shot on this physical plane of existence.
As I human I struggle with these thoughts because I am not perfect sometimes I don’t make my bed, some times I go till 3pm and didn’t even make myself anything to eat all day, sometimes I don’t brush my hair for days and my laundry is on the floor. What can I say? Am I any less than you guys who do the opposite? Am I imperfect and both worthy of still going out , being myself and living life? The answer is “yes” of course because we all were made to be different. We were all made to experience life at different paces, different upbringing and culture to help teach one another . To help guide one another . I always remind myself and remind my loved ones that the greatest gift in life for me is learning from others . The most purest form of spiritual connection is to pass knowledge down and to transmit wisdom from any age and any walk of life . For me knowledge is not only found in academics but in connections and experiences we make on this earth. This planet is the learning center , here’s your chance to prepare your soul and began growing the light within . You are beautiful now and for ever never tell yourself different 😍
