Facial balancing starts with assessment — not a syringe. ✨
Before treating, we look at the face as a whole: where volume has been lost, where structural support is lacking, asymmetries, proportions, and how each area impacts the features around it.
For Tanaia Torres FNP-C, Hood River Injector , we identified:
• Midface volume loss and cheek asymmetry
• Piriform volume loss
• Lack of chin projection
• Chin shadowing and decreased lower-face support
Rather than simply “adding filler,” we created a full-face plan designed to restore support and improve overall balance.
By strategically treating the cheeks, piriform and chin, we were able to create a more supported midface, soften transitions through the lower face, improve symmetry, and give the chin a more feminine, balanced shape — while still keeping her looking completely like herself.
This is why consultation and facial assessment matter. The area that bothers you isn’t always the area that needs to be treated.
Good injectables aren’t about chasing individual lines — they’re about understanding the anatomy behind them. 🤍
