This shoot took place on a beautiful sunny day at the end of July. The start of leo season, and only a few weeks before my birthday. It felt like the ultimate celebration. Honoring House of Leo’s growth with nature as it’s muse. A representation of everying the spirit of the lion represents… embracing your beauty, power, and strength.

A pinch me day after a series of truly incredible clients ln the table. A cool morning, and sunny, windy afternoon. Today’s conversations reminded me of how blessed I am to do treatments of my own creation that are healing to the bone. Out in the elements, surrounded by beauty, doing what I love, wearing what I want, creating my own life and business in a way that would make my younger self SQUEAL in disbelief, pride, and excitement.

Just yesterday, multiple people complimented my hair, which I find insane given that it is wickedly long, and has been damaged (+pulled out) from
years of training jiu-jitsu.

However! It is the silkiest and healthiest it’s ever been. My secret is coating this hair oil through my mane 1x week.

I use it as a conditioning mask, then shampoo out. I also love massaging it into my scalp, brushing through hair, then braiding it for all day shine and strength.

🐝🧙🏼🌼 When I started making botanical products, I didn’t want to be another company adding to the noise. I didn’t want to use synthetic ingredients that mimic the power of plants.

I wanted to create something distilled. Potent. A way to bottle the life force of nature… the sweetest scents and medicines of the earth.

Scent is one of the most direct gateways to memory, mood, and emotion. There is a reason ancient cultures treasures aromatic plant oils for ceremony, meditation, and healing.

I thought… what if I could weave these little rituals into everyday life? In the hair oil we apply, the floral fragrance we wear, the herbal mist that lets stress drain out of the body.

Every House of Leo product is hand-crafted with local plants that I hand harvest, and sustainably sourced, therapeutic-grade essential oils from around the world.

How do you know what is intuition vs. mental chatter?

A lot of people wonder wonder how to hear their intuition, and differentiate it from all the noise of the mind. 

What I can say is, intuition feels different than activation. 
When emotionally activated and fearful, we feel pressure and urgency. 

But the intuitive voice feels like a pull. A more grounded invitation.

It can still bring fear, because often following our intuition means facing change.

But the change itself feels like something we can’t ignore. 

When the intuition speaks, it feels something like:

“Follow me, and you will face the unknown. But follow me, and life will bend and transform to support you in all the ways you have been praying for.”

Make space to hear your inner voice. Get more quiet. Start sorting out the rubble of fear vs. the enchantment of what could be.
