In just a few days, Pure Melodic Vibrations will be featured on NH Chronicle! And I’m not sure the excitement has fully sunk in yet. 🥹

What started as an idea, 'What if we brought sound healing onto the water?' became evenings filled with floating, sound, laughter, connection, new friendships, and a community that continues to grow in the most beautiful way. And now, a little piece of that experience is going to be shared across New Hampshire. 🌊🎶

I’m incredibly grateful to the NH Chronicle team for taking an interest in what we’re creating, to everyone who joined us for filming, and especially to every single person who has supported PMV along the way.

Pure Melodic Vibrations will be featured on NH Chronicle this Labor Day, Monday, September 7!

There’s something incredibly special about seeing this experience - and more importantly, this community - shared with people across New Hampshire. The Floating Sound Baths have never been just about the bowls or the floats.

They’re about creating a space to slow down. To laugh with people you may have just met. To share an experience together. To reconnect with yourself. To feel supported.
To leave a little lighter than you arrived. 💙 That’s the heart of PMV, and THAT is what I’m most excited for people to see.

I’m so grateful to everyone who joined us for filming and to every person who has attended a PMV experience, told a friend, shared a post, collaborated with us, or encouraged this little dream as it continues to grow. I have been waiting to share this… Our NH Chronicle segment airs Labor Day - Monday, September 7! 💙

Seeing PMV and our Floating Sound Bath experience featured on NH Chronicle feels incredibly surreal. What started as a vision to create a space where people could slow down, reconnect, feel supported, and experience sound in a unique way has grown into this beautiful community; and now we get to share a little piece of it with people all across New Hampshire. I am so grateful. So excited. And still taking it all in.

Our morning filming with the Chronicle team was filled with everything I love about PMV: sound, stillness, laughter, connection, beautiful people, and a whole lot of heart. And now you get to see it! 🌊🎶✨

✨ COMMUNITY ASK: We're looking for a space to do some good.

Friends, followers & fellow NH community members, I could use your connections! PMV is looking for a local indoor venue (or two) at little to no cost for two very special sound bath fundraisers we're hoping to host in September/early October:

💚 NAMI New Hampshire - a community sound bath raising funds to support mental health awareness, education, advocacy, and care.

🧩 A sensory-considerate sound experience for nonspeaking autistic children and their families - creating an inclusive space where families can experience sound, connection, and community together, while raising funds to support this community.

We're hoping to find a space in Concord or the surrounding area so we can be as centrally located as possible.

Our dream space:
✨ Indoors, open and welcoming
✨ Large enough for lots of yoga mats/chairs
(the more people we can welcome, the better!)
✨ Available weekends in September/early October
✨ Little to no rental cost so we can keep ticket prices accessible and direct as much money as possible toward the causes we're supporting.
✨ Good acoustics would be an amazing bonus!

Churches, community centers, studios, school/community spaces, function halls, nonprofit spaces, or perhaps a local business that would love to donate its space as a community partner; we're open to ideas!

This shift in thinking has changed so much for me. ✨

“What if I fail?” used to feel like a very responsible question. but I’ve learned that sometimes it’s really fear asking me to stay somewhere familiar.

Now I try to ask a different question: What if it works?

What if the idea you can’t stop thinking about is worth pursuing? What if the conversation you’re nervous to initiate opens an unexpected door? What if saying yes leads you to people and opportunities you couldn’t have planned for?

Building a business has taught me that I don’t need to know exactly how everything will unfold before I take the next step. I can be thoughtful. I can prepare. I can listen to my intuition. And then I can move.

There will always be reasons something might not work. But lately, I’m much more interested in discovering what happens when it does. 💛

Less than ONE WEEK until I sit down to be interviewed for The Telepathy Tapes… and I’m still trying to wrap my head around what an honor this is. ✨

If you’re not familiar with The Telepathy Tapes, this isn’t simply a podcast telling extraordinary stories. Created by award-winning filmmaker Ky Dickens, the series has brought the experiences and potential abilities of nonspeaking autistic individuals into a worldwide conversation about communication, consciousness, science, and what we may not yet fully understand. And now I have the privilege of sharing a small part of that conversation.

I’ll be talking about my work with Skyler, a 30-year-old nonspeaking autistic man who has profoundly changed my understanding of communication. Each morning, Skyler and I connect in a way that I experience as telepathic communication. I receive his messages and share them with his family. Let me tell you - he is profound, insightful, loving…and FUNNY. ❤️

Beneath my excitement is something I feel even more deeply: Responsibility. Being trusted to share another person's thoughts and experiences is something I do not take lightly; especially when that person communicates differently from most of the world. This is Skyler's story. My role is to help create space for his voice, his perspective, and his messages to be heard.

Skyler and I are now exploring ways to bring more of those messages to a larger audience, and sometimes I find myself in complete awe that I get to play a role in that. To be invited into a global conversation that is asking people to reconsider what communication can look like feels incredibly significant.

Mostly, though, I just keep thinking: What if we've been measuring someone's ability to communicate by our ability to hear them?

I cannot wait to see where this leads. 🤍

Behind every dream I’m living is a family who has loved me through all of it. ❤️

Christopher, Zoey, Jadyn, and our parents… I don’t know that I could ever fully put into words what your love and support mean to me. You’ve encouraged the ideas, listened to the dreams, helped behind the scenes, celebrated the wins, stepped in when I needed you, and continued to believe in me and in what we’re building.

More than any of that - you love me. And the love I feel from this family is unlike anything else I have experienced in my life. I feel it deeply, and I am so incredibly grateful for each of you.

There is something really beautiful happening in our lives right now. We’re moving in the direction of our dreams. We’re creating. We’re growing. We’re finding ways to serve humanity and hopefully leave this world a little brighter than we found it. And we’re having a whole lot of fun along the way. ❤️ That might be the greatest gift of all.

Success means very little to me if I don’t get to share the journey with the people I love most. And when I stop and look at what we have together, I already feel incredibly rich.

Thank you for believing in me.
Thank you for encouraging me.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for letting me dream big.
And thank you for loving me exactly as you do.

I love you all so very much. Whatever comes next, I’m just grateful we get to experience this life together. Moving toward our dreams. Serving humanity. Loving each other. And having fun doing it. ✨❤️

10 days later… because apparently time flies when you’re booked & blessed. 😂✨

I’ve been wanting to share about this beautiful morning since it happened, and this is genuinely the first chance I’ve had to sit down, reflect, and say THANK YOU.

A huge thank you to Ashley at Barre Life for inviting me to collaborate and bring PMV’s sound experience into Recess for the Soul. 💛

I knew it was going to be a special morning, but I was blown away by the level of intention Ashley put into the entire experience.

From the quality of each offering, to the flow of the morning, to the incredible group of people who showed up ready to participate; it was thoughtful, elevated, beautifully organized, and so well executed.

Strength.
Manifestation + journaling.
Yoga.
Sound. 🎶
Connection.
Good food.
Flowers. 🌸
Community.

Each piece complemented the next and created something that felt like so much more than simply attending a wellness event.

I was incredibly honored to guide the Sound Bath portion and to be included alongside such talented local wellness practitioners.

Ashley, thank you for trusting me with a piece of your vision and for creating a space where all of us could bring our gifts together. What you created was really special.

And to everyone who attended, thank you for showing up, participating, connecting, and allowing us to share the morning with you. 💙

This is one of my favorite things about what’s happening in our local wellness community right now: collaboration over competition. When people bring their individual gifts together with intention, we can create experiences none of us could create quite the same way alone.

Already looking forward to seeing what we dream up next, Ashley. 😉

Still taking this one in. 💙🎥

We recently had the incredible opportunity to welcome Kathering Underwood with NH Chronicle to PMV to film one of our Floating Sound Baths for an upcoming episode airing this September!

As someone who grew up in Manchester and has lived in New Hampshire my entire life, this moment felt especially meaningful.

There was a time when something like this would have simply been a dream - creating an experience that brings people together through sound, stillness, nature, connection, and community…and then having the opportunity to share it with people across the state I love.

I am deeply honored.

Katherine and her cameraman, Chris, were incredibly kind, personable, curious, and genuinely interested in the experience and the people behind it. They made the entire morning feel easy and fun, and I’m so grateful for the care they brought to telling our story.

And to the people floating and gathered poolside (some of my closest friends, supporters, and beautiful members of our growing PMV community), thank you. You showed up with open hearts and helped make the morning everything I hoped it would be.

This experience reinforced something for me: we’re building more than events here.

We’re building spaces for people to slow down.
To connect.
To laugh.
To feel supported.
To leave a little lighter than they arrived.

And we’re just getting started. ✨

We’re already dreaming and planning for next summer’s Floating Sound Bath season, and I cannot wait to show you what’s ahead.
