For Lughnasad, we co-created a nature art piece to remind us that everything we create ultimately is connected to the hands of many 🤝☸️
And, that nothing is meant to be permanent. The harvest is gathered, shared, enjoyed, composted, and returned. 🌀

Our creation was taken apart, and we each took home a small portion of its herbs, honoring the beauty of impermanence and gratitude for the cycles of the harvest.

On this day my pup was admitted to the hospital, it was deeply comforting to have cultivated a community where I felt safe to hold this space even when I wasn’t at my best. To be held while holding. 🌾💛

As we pass over the hieght of summer, we arrive at Lughnasadh, aka Lammas or the First Harvest on August 1st 🌾🌞

This seasonal festival marks a turning point in the Wheel of the Year 🌀
The moment we begin to notice the first fruits of all we’ve been tending 🍓

Lughnasadh offer a chance to ask ourselves:
What has been growing in my life?
What has flourished because of my care and attention?
What am I ready to celebrate, share, or offer back?

This season invites us into gratitude for the efforts that helped bring it into being, even if our harvest doesn’t look exactly as we imagined.

Summer is nearing its height, but as we approach our ancient ancestors’ celebration of the first harvest, we’re invited to pause and notice what has begun growing in our own lives.

Even if your ‘harvest’ isn’t complete, can you recognize the first fruits? A new way of responding instead of reacting. A relationship you’ve nurtured. A boundary you’ve learned to honor. A dream you’ve taken your first brave steps toward.

Nearing Lughnasadh (also known as Lammas) reminds us that abundance is reflected in what we contribute: to ourselves, to our loved ones, and to our communities. As we move through the coming weeks, consider pausing just long enough to celebrate your progress, find gratitude for what is flourishing, and release what no longer needs your energy so you can sow your intentions wisely into the season ahead.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared about my one-on-one Reiki sessions.

Through gentle energy work, we support the nervous system in shifting toward rest and restoration, helping release energetic stagnation, restore balance, deepen your connection to your intuition, and create space for healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Beltane, a festival of fire, when the earth is in bloom and the veil is thin. Our gathering reflected its aliveness 🦋🌷

At this point I probably shouldn’t be anymore, but I am continually surprised by the bonds that are built during a circle~ how quickly walls fall down when we realize how much we share at our core. I also believe I must have some magical assistance from beyond, bringing together incredibly interesting people who feel aligned in ways beyond coincidence 🧚

An ancient Celtic festival that honors the returning sun, the Earth’s vitality, and the spark of life awakening all around us.

As everything is beginning to bloom Beltane invites us to reconnect with the Earth, with our bodies, with pleasure, creativity, and the parts of ourselves that are ready to come alive again 💐🦋

I’ll be holding a small virtual women’s circle this Friday, May 1st 🌷 weaving ritual, community, and ancestral wisdom ~
