The home you grew up in gave your nervous system a very specific set of instructions.

And those instructions are likely still running your business.

Most women I work with aren’t struggling because they lack strategy or skill. They’re struggling because the operating system underneath everything, the one built in a home where the emotional atmosphere was unpredictable, was designed for survival. Not expansion.

I’m naming four patterns that move directly from childhood adaptation into business limitation.
