A Great Workout Week doesn’t start in the gym… it starts with PREPARATION 🔥

If you want a week you’re proud of, do these things BEFORE Monday hits:

✅ Set your workout days now

Don’t “hope” you’ll find time. Put it on the calendar like an appointment.

✅ Know your plan

What body parts? What exercises? How long? Walk in with direction.

✅ Prep your meals

Protein ready. Healthy snacks ready. Water ready. Success gets easier when your food is handled.

✅ Lay out your gym clothes

Remove friction. Make it easy to show up.

✅ Protect your sleep

Recovery is part of the program. Late nights steal results.

✅ Set one clear goal for the week

Examples:

• Hit all 4 workouts

• Add weight to 2 lifts

• Get 10k steps daily

• Nail protein intake

✅ Control your mindset

Don’t chase perfection. Chase consistency. One solid week stacked on another changes everything.
