GTS Physical Therapy — Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas

GTS Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Horseshoe Bend clinic.

The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed physical therapist to provide individualized, patient-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them improve their mobility, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising physical therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the physical therapist
- Educate and encourage patients throughout their recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide a welcoming, respectful, and supportive patient experience
- Follow all professional, ethical, safety, and privacy requirements

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current or eligible Arkansas PTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care

Graduation Spotlight!!!

This patient has been fantastic and fun to work with as we reached her goals.

It’s definitely been a warm week in the clinic and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we’ve been working in this heat. Praying the AC is back in working order this afternoon.

We love it when our patients are actively engaged in their therapy sessions and reach their goals. This Graduate spoiled us rotten with cookies and fantastic tales of her life and travels. Also would bring updates weekly on the farmers market across the street on Wednesdays and show us what treasures she would find.

While we will miss seeing her for PT we know she’ll stop by and say hi and keep us updated on her adventures and we’ll be here if she ever needs our services again.

GRADUATION SPOTLIGHT!!!!

“Piper, Ashley, and Brendan were very Professional and took great care of me. I was concerned that I would not recover completely, however I am back 100%!!! Very appreciative!! Great Job!”

This patient worked with every one of our therapists in both Occupational and Physical Therapy. He successfully completed his plan of care and regularly did his home exercises and is now back to doing more of what he enjoys doing.

We are excited when our patients progress towards their recovery goals and exceed even their own expectations.

🚨EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT🚨

Brendan Casey is a PTA here at the Horseshoe Bend GTS clinic. He’s been with GTS for over two years now and is an integral part of our team! Brendan is certified with level I and II Therapeutic Dry Needling and greatly enjoys orthopedics and sports rehab. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time in the woods hunting, and spending time with his daughter, Millie.
