Important Membership Update

As many of you know, Vivacious Glam Wellness & Aesthetics is now permanently closed. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who supported us throughout the years.

Although our doors are closed, any remaining membership obligations under your signed membership agreement are still due. Memberships were financed based on services already received, not on the continued operation of the business.

Example: If you received your neurotoxin treatment in June, your remaining scheduled membership payments continue through August, in accordance with your agreement. You can update or make a payment. You can message us here or update your janeapp account

If you have an outstanding balance, we kindly ask that you make your remaining payments as agreed.

If you believe there has been an error with your account or you have questions about your remaining balance, please reach out so we can review your account together.

Thank you again for allowing me to care for you. I truly appreciate your support and understanding during this transition.

Today is a bittersweet day.

As I lock the doors to Vivacious Glam for the very last time, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for every client, friend, family member, and supporter who has been part of this journey.

What started as a dream became a place where relationships were built, confidence was restored, laughter was shared, and so many memories were made. Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people and being trusted with your care, and for that I will always be thankful.

While this chapter is coming to an end, the memories, friendships, and experiences will stay with me forever. Closing Vivacious Glam wasn’t an easy decision, but sometimes life leads us down new paths, and it’s time for me to begin a new chapter.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting my small business, believing in me, and allowing me to do what I love. Your kindness, loyalty, referrals, reviews, and encouragement meant more than you’ll ever know.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply see you later.
