These two ladies hold a special place in our hearts! 🫶🏻 Carla and Brenda have been patients of Dr. James since 2022, prior to our opening in 2024, and the change in their health and lives have been such a blessing to be a part of! We unfortunately don’t have any way to know the totality, but since 2024 these ladies surpassed the century mark of 100 visits with us! We love them dearly, and we wanted to acknowledge this significant milestone in their continued commitment to their health! 🙌🏼

If you slipped, slid, twisted, or caught yourself from falling — your body felt that… even if you didn’t hit the ground.

When you almost fall, your muscles tighten fast, your joints jar, and your body goes into “save yourself” mode. That can lead to:

• Neck & back stiffness
• Headaches
• Sore hips or shoulders
• That “I just feel off” feeling

You don’t have to completely wipe out to get hurt. Slipping around on snow and ice can still throw things out of alignment.
