Held in the serene setting of Hot Springs, Montana, these retreats create safe spaces for nervous-system regulation, deep connection, and post-traumatic growth. Led by a compassionate multidisciplinary team, families engage in holistic, trauma-informed practices including therapeutic groups, somatic therapies like reiki and yoga, expressive arts, music, breathwork, and nature grounding. Together, participants rebuild trust, improve communication, release stored emotions, and foster healthier relationships across all dimensions—biological, psychological, social, and spiritual—helping families break painful cycles and emerge with renewed insight and resilience.

Here is my updated flyer~ more trauma and mental health focused. We will still offer education and support around addiction, but I really want the main focus to be on healing. There are many forms of addiction, not just substance use. I felt the previous flyer heading did not reflect the essence of the retreat.
