When I walked out of the doors at 903 Razorback Drive for the last time on Feb 28 it was pretty emotional. My husband hugged me and said “This is just a location Emily… YOU are Embody Studio” and I smiled.

I closed the doors of my business. I chose to do this to re-prioritize my life. I gave everything I had to build a wildly successful business there where I had the privilege to change so many lives, but over time I lost track of mine.

SO…I am shifting and it’s a beautiful thing.

✨Happy New Year! It is time to claim your spot in the Winter Session ‘25 of BodyWork SGT. I am heading into my 7th year running this program and it is a proven success. If you are looking for a fun, engaging community where you can accomplish all of your fitness goals, you are in the right place! Whether you are new or a seasoned veteran, joining this program is sure to help you feel better, get stronger and be more confident in 2025!

✨This session will be 8 weeks and start on Monday, January 6 and end on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Available spots in groups are always first come first serve and fill up so fast as the new year vibes help most people re-commit to their health/fitness goals. This program includes 2 - 60 minute workouts with your trainer during your designated group day/time and full access to the studio for your own private use throughout the 8 weeks. Cost of the 8 week program is $245.

If you want to get focused, stay focused or take your fitness to the next level... this program is for YOU! BodyWork SGT (small group training) is our signature 12 week training program at Embody Studio. It is so popular because it delivers results. You will become stronger, healthier, leaner and definitely more confident. Joining a group of like minded, fun and encouraging people who want the same thing as you, will help motivate you and keep you on track. Each group meets with Emily, owner/trainer for workouts for 2 hours each week in person during the allotted time and the BW program also includes a membership to the private studio to use throughout the 12 weeks.

It’s almost time for the BodyWork SGT Fall Session 2024 to start. The dates of this session are September 4-November 27 (Wednesday after Labor Day to Wednesday before Thanksgiving). The cost of the program is $375 (*payments can be split in 2 installments).

I am so happy to be welcoming Tori, a new fitness instructor to my team at Embody! She is wonderful in every way and you will love her passion and enthusiasm when you need it the most! 💪🏻

✨✨MEET TORI MCKAY✨✨✨

Tori is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Although new to the coaching world, exercise & nutrition have always
been a big part of Tori's lifestyle and she is eager to put her passions to practice. She is excited to work closely with individuals to help them reach their fitness goals, & exceed their own limitations. Tori has been a member of the SGT (small group training) program at Embody Studio for years so she is familiar and experienced in group exercise not only as a participant but recently, a coach. Tori is excited to encourage, motivate, & drive clients to be their best every session here in the studio. Outside of coaching, Tori is also a dental hygienist. In her free time you can find her running, enjoying hockey games, and spending time with her friends & family.

It’s Time! Sign ups for the Spring Session of BodyWork SGT (small group training) are underway! This is basically personal training in a group with the same awesome people every workout.
✨This is our signature program at Embody Studio that runs every 12 weeks (for the last 4+ years… which says A LOT😉)! This program is designed to help you become your strongest self and feel so good in your body. If you are ready to take some time to focus on yourself…we are here for YOU!
