New badass piercing Pierced by Jia offers! She is just dying to do this on someone, how sleek!

🔱 MEET THE TRIDENT 🔱

Yeah… this one needed a name. 😏

I’m calling this setup THE TRIDENT — a Pierced by Jia coined look featuring three strategically placed lower-lip piercings that come together to create one seriously badass finished setup.

The goal? Two fitted gem studs framing a sleek center hoop for that clean three-point look you see pictured. 🔱

Now here's the important part: that finished look takes a little patience. Fresh piercings need appropriate starter jewelry that allows room for swelling and healing, so that fitted center hoop comes LATER. Once everything is healed and ready, we can swap the center jewelry for a properly fitted hoop and bring the full Trident look together.

Already have a healed center labret in the right placement? PERFECT. We can work with what you already have and add the two side piercings.

Starting with a blank canvas? Even better. We can build the entire three-piercing setup from scratch.

ALREADY HAVE THE CENTER?
Add the two side labrets — $80.

Once everything is fully healed, come back and we'll finish the look with that fitted center hoop. The hoop and any upgraded jewelry will be priced separately depending on what you choose.

I did this beautiful fern piece on Lea’s forearm nearly three months ago, and I just rediscovered it while going through my photos today! Clearly, I’m a little behind on posting. 😂

Lea was so happy with how it turned out, and so was I. It fits her forearm beautifully and still looks too good not to share—even three months late! 🌿

It’s officially the season of cover-ups! I swear, this past month has been one cover-up after another—and I’m loving it. 🙌

Charles came to me desperately wanting an old tattoo covered so he could finally leave that piece of the past behind. We replaced it with something that truly represents one of his passions: Harley-Davidson. 🏍️

I was so happy to bring this piece to life for him, and even happier seeing how much he loved the finished result. Nothing but smiles when he left—and that’s exactly why I love what I do!

Cody came in wanting to finally say GOODBYE to an old tattoo that had been hanging around for about 10 years, and I’m so happy we were able to successfully cover it. 🖤

Apparently it’s cover-up season around here because the last couple of weeks have been packed with them, and I’m not complaining. I genuinely LOVE doing cover-ups. They’re challenging, they make me think differently as an artist, and there is something incredibly satisfying about taking something a person has spent years trying to hide and turning it into something they’re actually excited to show off.

I hear the same stories all the time. “I thought the artist was good.” “It didn’t turn out anything like I expected.” “I was young and impulsive.” “I definitely shouldn’t have gotten their name tattooed on me.” 😬 And believe me, working in this industry, I see a LOT of tattoo decisions people wish they could undo.

So consider this your friendly reminder: be picky about who tattoos you. Look through their HEALED work, research your artist, and think about what you’re putting on your body and why you’re putting it there. Tattoos are supposed to be something you’re proud to wear, not something you spend the next ten years trying to hide.

And when that ship has already sailed… well, that’s where I get to have some fun. 😏

This piece is only about a week and a half into healing, and it’s already looking fantastic. A lot of the values have softened and lightened as it’s healing, and I’m really excited to see this one completely settled.

This was definitely a challenge, but SUCH a fun piece to work through. And Cody was an absolute trooper because by the end of that session, I’m pretty sure that man was hanging onto his last tiny thread of hope. It was INTENSE.

Seriously though, I’m incredibly grateful for every person who trusts me enough to hand me something they’ve been unhappy or embarrassed about for years and say, “Fix this for me.”

Keep bringing me your cover-ups. I freaking love them. 🖤🖤

Keacha’s daughter came in for her first REAL tattoo today and apparently being ballsy runs in the damn family 😂🖤

She sat through this whole rib piece without batting an eye. Keacha really does raise some badass daughters!

Definitely not an easy spot to choose for your first one, but she handled it like it was nothing. Love how delicate and flowy this piece turned out on her! 🖤🌿

Had a fun little challenge today!

Jen came in with a pretty tricky coverup, and we completely transformed it into this big botanical piece. I absolutely love when a tattoo makes me put my problem solving brain to work. She wanted to replace a past mistake with something much more meaningful to tribute her family.
