As this wonderful weekend comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the 37th Annual County Open Charity Golf Tournament such a tremendous success!
Behind every successful tournament is a community of people who give their time, energy, generosity, and support — and this weekend was no exception. To our dedicated volunteers, who worked behind the scenes and on the courses; to all of the golfers who came out to play, compete, laugh, and enjoy the weekend; and to our generous sponsors, whose support makes this event possible — we are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you.
For 37 years, this tournament has brought people together for something bigger than golf: supporting healthcare in the Southern Aroostook area through the Houlton Regional Health Services Foundation. Year after year, this event reminds us of what makes our community so special — people coming together, pitching in, and making a difference for their friends, neighbors, families, and the healthcare services we all depend on.
There simply aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate the combined efforts of everyone who helped make this year's tournament happen. Whether you donated, sponsored, volunteered, played a round, cheered from the sidelines, or simply helped spread the word — you were part of it.
From all of us, thank you for 37 years of incredible community support. We are already looking forward to doing it all again next year!
