Around 6 years ago Trevor Halford called me and said he was thinking about opening up a shop and asked if I wanted to be his apprentice. I didn’t know how life changing that day would be and didn’t know how much of a home that shop would turn out to be, not only to me but to Trevor as well. Trevor and that shop turned me into the artist I am today. Y’all have taken us into your families and home. We’ve shared memories with you all and was there for you through some of your toughest and greatest stories while you sat in our chairs. We’ve laughed, cried, created and everything in between at The Inkwell.
With tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat, it’s hard to say that The Inkwell is now officially closed. We thank each and every one of you that has stepped foot in those doors and made The Inkwell what it was. We love you and we appreciate you all for letting us be able to have had this amazing place we had called home.
If you guys have any memories y’all want to share with us from these whole 6 years, comment below or just send me your stories lol I’d like to see what y’all remember.
(And also slightly scared what memories y’all remember from us 😹)
