Looking for a gentle, restorative form of bodywork?
Lymphatic massage, also known as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), uses light, rhythmic techniques designed to encourage healthy lymph flow and support your body’s natural fluid movement.

✨ Potential benefits include:
• Supporting healthy fluid movement
• Helping reduce feelings of swelling or heaviness
• Promoting relaxation
• Complementing recovery when appropriate

💚 Who may benefit?
MLD may be appropriate for people experiencing swelling or lymphedema, individuals recovering from surgery or injury with appropriate medical clearance, or anyone seeking gentle bodywork and relaxation.
This technique is intentionally light and gentle—not deep-tissue massage.

⚠️ MLD is not appropriate for everyone. A health screening and medical clearance may be recommended, particularly following surgery or when medical conditions are present.
