I had an incredible time teaching such an amazing group of students at Sherman College of Chiropractic this past weekend! It was a privilege to share my passion for Orthospinology with a group that was so engaged, eager to learn, and dedicated to improving their skills.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their education and excited to see where their chiropractic journeys take them. Thank you for making this such a rewarding experience!

I’m proud to announce that after three and a half years of advanced postgraduate education and examination, I have officially completed the Diplomate in Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP) program!
The DCCJP represents advanced training in the craniocervical junction and upper cervical spine, including anatomy, neurology, biomechanics, imaging, clinical procedures, and research.
I’m honored to now be 1 of only 2 DCCJP doctors in New Jersey and 1 of fewer than 100 worldwide.
I’m incredibly grateful to the instructors, staff, and my cohort who made this three-and-a-half-year journey possible. I look forward to bringing everything I’ve learned back to my patients at Summit Chiropractic & Wellness Center!

I’m very grateful and excited to share the publication of my latest research.

This project examined changes in cervical proprioception following a single Orthospinology upper cervical adjustment and, to my knowledge, represents the first published research of its kind within the upper cervical chiropractic profession.

It’s humbling to have the opportunity to contribute something new to a profession that has given me so much. This paper is only one small piece of a much larger puzzle, but I hope it encourages further research into how upper cervical chiropractic care may influence the nervous system and human function.

A sincere thank you to everyone who supported and contributed to this project along the way. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn, ask questions, and hopefully contribute more to the research in the years ahead.

Most of my patients know that over the past several years I've been traveling regularly to continue my education in upper cervical care. My goal has always been to stay current with the latest research and procedures so I can provide the best possible care for my patients.

I'm excited to share that I have officially completed my last class on the path toward earning my Diplomate in Cranial Cervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP)! 🎉

Now all that's left is my two-day final examination. Looking forward to crossing the finish line!

Watching every World Cup match? ⚽📺
If you’ve spent the last few weeks twisting your neck to follow every goal, yelling at the referee, or looking down at your phone checking scores... your neck might be asking for a timeout.
Come to Summit Chiropractic & Wellness Center and let us make sure your head is on straight. 😉

I had an excellent weekend advancing my knowledge of CBCT at Palmer College of Chiropractic analysis under the instruction of Matthew D. Richardson. This training enhanced my ability to identify, evaluate, and assess head and neck pathologies that may present in clinical practice. The experience further strengthened my commitment to providing comprehensive, evidence informed patient care and ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of diagnostic evaluation.

I had an amazing experience teaching my first class at Sherman College of Chiropractic this weekend. The students were exceptionally intelligent, highly engaged, and quick to grasp the concepts presented. It was truly inspiring to see such enthusiasm and potential, and I am excited to see what the future holds for both these students and our profession. I would also like to thank Dr. Theodossis, for all her help and the foundation she has helped to build in these students.

I had an incredible weekend in Clearwater, Florida attending the 2026 Orthospinology Chiropractic Symposium. It was a privilege to connect with so many outstanding colleagues, exchange innovative ideas, and continue advancing the future of upper cervical chiropractic care.
To make the weekend even more memorable, I was honored to receive a “Major Award” (and yes, I hope you caught the reference!) and had the opportunity to present on two exciting topics, including one of my newest areas of research: how an Orthospinology adjustment may positively influence a patient’s airway.
I am grateful for the experience, the conversations, and the continued opportunity to learn, teach, and contribute to this incredible profession.
