We’re excited to introduce our newest role within the community — the B.E.S.T. Ambassador, a position dedicated to elevating customer service and strengthening the heart of our culture. B.E.S.T. stands for Beyond Expectation, Satisfaction, and Trust, and that’s exactly what this role represents.
Please help us congratulate Kylie Morton our very first B.E.S.T. Ambassador! She truly embodies what it means to serve with excellence.
As our B.E.S.T. Ambassador, Kylie will champion the B.E.S.T. Academy within our community — guiding team members through the program, fostering a culture of service excellence, and helping turn everyday interactions into meaningful experiences for families, visitors, and coworkers. She’ll mentor graduates, share success stories, and help keep the spirit of the B.E.S.T. program growing strong at Copper Knoll.
