The Storch Lab at Baylor College of Medicine In addition to our expertise in disorder-specific research, our studies also include transdiagnostic approaches to key psychopathology constructs.

The Storch lab drives innovation in the treatment of mental health disorders through the integration of academic research, evidence-based practice, and novel technological approaches. Our specific research interests involve the presentation and mechanisms and treatment of disorders, with a particular focus on obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety.

Corrina graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, with majors in Psychology and Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her research interests include identifying risk and protective factors for mood disorders and OCD, as well as understanding the mental health experiences of youth with intersectional identities. She is particularly passionate about early intervention and translating research into actionable resources. Corrina plans to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.

Leora recently earned her Master of Legal Studies with an emphasis in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Arizona State University. She also graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with minors in Art History and Near Eastern Studies. Her research interests include depression and anxiety in children and adults. Leora plans to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology with an emphasis in neuropsychology.

Eliana earned her Bachelor of Science with departmental honors in Psychology and English from Davidson College. Her current research interests broadly encompass mood/anxiety disorders, social neuroscience, and social affect. Specifically, she is interested in social anxiety disorder and comorbid internalizing disorders/features (e.g., depression, suicidal ideation) and their intersections with emotional regulation, social functioning, and quality of life, especially in adolescent and young adult populations.
