As a NurseMom, I’ve spent so many years taking care of other people, working long hours, showing up for my patients, and doing my best to provide for my family. ❤️

And now, as I get older and closer to retirement, I find myself looking at life a little differently.

I’ve realized that one of the biggest decisions we make is choosing who we want beside us through life—and choosing how we will take care of the health that allows us to enjoy that life. 🙏🌿

Choose someone who supports your dreams without competition, who believes in you without hesitation, and who stays beside you through the good days, the hard days, and everything in between. 🤍

Because life is already challenging enough. Ang sarap ng feeling na may kasama kang hindi ka kinakalaban, kundi sinusuportahan ka, ipinagdarasal ka, at masayang nakikita kang lumalago. ❤️

But I’ve also learned something else…

Some of the richest moments in life have nothing to do with money. 💕

They’re the simple moments.
The laughter.
The family gatherings.
The little trips.
The ordinary afternoons.
The hugs.
The conversations.
The memories we sometimes don’t realize are precious until they’ve already passed. 🥹✨

Looking back, marami rin akong moments and milestones na na-miss because I was working so much.

Like many parents, I worked hard because I wanted to provide. I wanted to give my family a better life. Pero minsan, habang sobrang busy tayong nagtatrabaho para sa pamilya, may mga moments din pala tayong hindi na maibabalik. ❤️‍🩹

Our children grow up so fast.

One day, you’re rushing to work while they’re still little… and before you know it, they’re already grown, building lives of their own. 🥹❤️

That’s why, at this stage of my life, I’m not only thinking about working for more income or more success.

I’m working toward more TIME. ⏳

More time to be present.
More time with my husband and family.
More time to make memories.
More time to travel.
More time to take care of myself.
More time to enjoy the life we’ve spent so many years working for. 💕✨

Because what is success if we’re too tired to enjoy it?

What is financial security if we never have time for the people we worked so hard for?

And what are all the dreams we build if we don’t have the health to enjoy them? 🌿

So these days, I remind myself:

Work hard, but don’t forget to live.
Dream big, but don’t forget who you’re dreaming for.
Love deeply.
Protect your health.
Treasure your family.
And make time for the moments that truly matter. ❤️

Because in the end, time with the people we love is one of life’s greatest riches…

and our health will always be our real wealth. 🙏🏼✨

✨I’ve always been a health wellness advocate, other than my love of pearls, gemstones, gold jewelries that’s why this page was created, I wanted ladies to have their own pearls, gold as well at a reasonable affordable price. However, lately I chose to focus not just on my love of pearls, gemstones, gold, skin care, beauty… but MORE on my HEALTH now. 💗🌿

As I get older, I’ve realized that looking good on the outside is nice—but feeling good, staying active, having energy, and taking care of what’s happening inside my body matter even more. 💗

For years, like many women, I paid attention to skincare, beauty, and how I looked. And there’s nothing wrong with that! 💕 But now, I want to put even more intention into something priceless—my health.

Sa panahon ngayon, we’re surrounded by processed foods, stress, lack of sleep, busy schedules, and habits that can slowly affect how we feel.

Kaya ayoko nang hintayin na may maramdaman muna bago ko seryosohin ang health ko.

I want to:
🌿 Feel better
⚡ Have more energy
🚶‍♀️ Stay active as I grow older
🥗 Make healthier choices
💧 Stay hydrated
😴 Prioritize better rest
❤️ Enjoy more quality time with my family
✨ And enjoy the life I’m working so hard for

Because really… what’s the point of building your dreams if you don’t have the health and energy to enjoy them?

I’m learning that taking care of ourselves doesn’t have to mean changing everything overnight.

Small choices. Better habits. Consistency. One day at a time. 🌱

Beauty on the outside is wonderful, but health from within is priceless. 💗

This season of my life, I’m choosing to invest more in ME, my HEALTH, and my future.
