We had the pleasure of joining Dr. Lubna Naeem and Dr. Naeem for dinner this evening and enjoyed an engaging conversation about physician leadership, mentorship, and the responsibility we all share in strengthening the institutions that serve our medical community.

APPNA has long played a vital role in advancing healthcare, education, research, humanitarian service, and professional collaboration among physicians of Pakistani descent across North America. It is through committed leaders that organizations like APPNA continue to grow and create lasting impact.

As Chair of Miami-Dade County’s Safety & Health Committee, Commissioner Gonzalez has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing public health, community well-being, and initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents across the county.

The meeting focused on the importance of healthcare innovation, public-private collaboration, and strengthening partnerships that can improve healthcare access, patient outcomes, and economic growth within the healthcare sector.

In healthcare, identity governance usually starts with employees.

But the biggest physical access risk often isn’t your staff.
It’s everyone else.

-Contractors
-Medical equipment vendors
-Agency nurses
-Service teams
-Authorized visitors

These identities move in and out constantly. Access is often manual, rarely reviewed, and frequently left active after the work ends.

The American Chamber of Health is pleased to welcome Mr. Irfan Chaudhry, Vice President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), as we begin preparations for a landmark US–Pakistan Medical Tourism Initiative, launching in July 2026 in Houston, Texas.
