🚨3 MONTH PROGRESS REPORT 🚨

My client Mario came to me because he’s wanted to gain some lean muscle, functional strength and size for quite some time now.

At 26yrs old, leading a busy life filled with traveling and work, we decided to make time to train on weekends and follow a Caloric surplus nutrition plan in order to put on size.

He consumes around:

✅2700 calories per day.
✅ Creatine
✅ Protein: 276grams / Day
✅ Carbs: 241 grams / Day
✅ Fats 77 grams / Day

Results:
In 3 months he’s broken his plateau and put on 5lbs of muscle.
✅ Fuller chest
✅ Bigger arms
✅ Rounder delts
✅ Improved posture
✅ stronger
✅ stronger back
