Her hysterectomy and her tummy tuck happened in the same operation.

This 41-year-old had a long history of anemia, uterine fibroids, heavy bleeding, and endometriosis, and she was already scheduled for a full hysterectomy with her OB/GYN. Dr. Cash operated alongside that surgeon and performed the tummy tuck during the same case. One round of anesthesia, one recovery, instead of two of each and separate recovery times.

Combined cases take real coordination between both teams and they're not the right call for every patient. When the timing lines up, it can save someone months. This after photo is at her nine month follow-up.

This patient wanted better balance between her breasts, plus removal of ectopic breast tissue and loose skin under her arm that CoolSculpting hadn't been able to address. Dr. Cash performed an enhanced breast lift with excision, removing 117g of tissue from the right breast and 22g from the left. Shown 6 weeks post-op.

One syringe of filler holds one cc. That's less than a quarter of a teaspoon!

Patients come in worried about looking overdone, then hear the plan calls for two or three syringes and start to panic. We do the math with them first. A quarter teaspoon doesn't go too far on a face. Looking overdone is intentional. Looking natural is the goal!
