Had an awesome time yesterday as Motorcycle Matt joined the residents of Harvest Home for breakfast at First Watch.

Matt is one of our chaplains, and anyone who knows him knows he does not just “visit” the buildings he serves. He shows up, listens, laughs, encourages, prays, and truly pours himself into the residents and families he meets.

This breakfast was such a sweet reminder that care is not always found in big moments. Sometimes it looks like sitting around a table, sharing a meal, telling stories, and enjoying real fellowship.

We are thankful for Harvest Home, thankful for the residents who welcomed us, and thankful for chaplains like Matt who lead with heart.

At Concho Hearts Hospice, we believe in treating the person, not just a diagnosis. Yesterday was a beautiful picture of exactly that.
