Whether you’re preparing for a BLS Skills Check-Off, taking a CPR class, or simply refreshing your skills, keeping the correct compression rhythm is important.

The AHA recommends a compression rate of 100–120 compressions per minute. One way many students remember the pace is by thinking of a familiar song while practicing compressions.

From Stayin’ Alive to Not Like Us, these songs can help you maintain a steady rhythm during training.
