Pain into PURPOSE...
My oldest brother was my biggest cheerleader. The song, "Best Friend" by Brandy, was our song. I lost him on May 3, 2025, to the chronic effects of diabetes, and it left a hole in my heart that will never fully heal. Watching someone I loved so deeply struggling with a disease that affects so many in our community changed the course of my life. His passing became the reason Ujamaa Farm was born.
My name is Keisha, and I have been a nurse for 26 years. Throughout my career, I have cared for countless people battling diabetes, high blood pressure, inflammation, and c*ncer. I have seen the pain these conditions cause, not only for patients but for entire families. After losing my oldest brother, I knew I wanted to do more than care for people after they became sick. I wanted to help people take charge of their wellness before disease takes such a devastating toll.
That passion led me to develop our Soursop Leaf Tincture, which has been beta tested over the past year. What started as a personal journey of healing and purpose has grown into something much bigger.
