At your first facial appointment, expect a relaxing and rejuvenating experience tailored to your skin’s needs. Here’s what typically happens:

1. Consultation – During your consultation, we will assess your skin type, concerns, and goals.
Bring in the products or a list of the products you are currently using on your skin including any topical or oral prescriptions.

2. Cleansing – Your skin will be gently cleansed to remove dirt, oil, and makeup.

3. Exfoliation – This step helps remove dead skin cells, often using enzymes or mild chemicals.

4. Steaming (optional) – Warm steam may be used to open up pores and prepare the skin for extractions.

5. Extractions (if needed) – We may remove blackheads and clogged pores, which can be slightly uncomfortable but tolerable and very necessary.

6. Mask & Treatment – A mask suited to your skin type is applied, followed by serums or treatments targeting your concerns.

7. Moisturizing & SPF – Your facial will conclude with a hydrating moisturizer and sunscreen to protect your skin.

After your facial, you will be given product recommendations and have the opportunity to purchase medical-grade skincare products. You will also be given aftercare instructions depending on the type of treatment you receive.
