For Cesley Campos, pursuing mammography is about helping women feel supported—and helping her community keep access to screenings.

We’re proud to introduce Cesley as a GROW! Mammography Fellowship recipient for the October 2026 Cohort!

A radiologic technologist for two years, Cesley wants to bring compassionate care and reassuring education to patients who may feel anxious about their mammograms. Her goal also meets a practical need: at the small hospital where she works, mammography appointments must pause when its only mammography technologist is away.

Through the fellowship, Cesley will take the next step toward becoming a registered mammography technologist, with the goal of providing coverage and reducing delays for patients.
