Hey, I’m Brock — MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. 👋🏼

Healthcare has been part of my life for years, but my career has taken me through quite a few different chapters. I’m a Registered Nurse turned Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and for the past 5+ years, I’ve also had the privilege of working in aesthetic medicine — from Beverly Hills and Los Angeles to now Houston, Texas. 💉

Aesthetics taught me how powerful confidence can be. Psychiatry taught me that what’s happening inside matters just as much as what we see in the mirror. And somewhere along the way, my passion became bringing those worlds together.

One year. One decision to stop settling.

The photo on the left is roughly a year ago. The photo on the right is the result of consistency, discipline, and choosing to optimize my health.

For the last 6 months, I’ve also been on physician-managed TRT through 4Ever Young Kingwood, Texas under the direction of Darrell Wilcox, MD. Along with hormone optimization, I’ve incorporated peptides that we offer in clinic to support recovery, body composition, and performance.

Bell’s palsy doesn’t just affect facial movement—it can affect confidence, self-image, and how someone feels every time they look in the mirror.

For this beautiful patient, we strategically treated the non-paralyzed (active) side of the face to create better facial balance and symmetry. While we can’t reverse the nerve injury with filler or neuromodulators, we can use aesthetic medicine to help restore harmony and soften the appearance of asymmetry.

Seeing her smile after looking at these photos and hearing her say, “I finally feel more confident,” is worth more than any before-and-after picture.

Aesthetic medicine isn’t about chasing perfection.
