🏗️ The walls are up… and the vision is becoming a reality! 🤍

With every new wall, we can already picture the tiny feet that will take BIG steps here. 👣

Our new PhysioBaby clinic is officially taking shape, and we are so excited for what these spaces will soon hold—first rolls and crawls, first steps, feeding victories, growing confidence, hard work, happy tears, and so many moments worth celebrating.

We’re thoughtfully designing every part of our new home to give our babies, children, families, and therapists more space and resources to move, grow, play, and thrive.

And soon, we’ll be inviting our incredible community to be part of building it with us! 💛

Stay tuned for the launch of our equipment fundraiser, where you'll have the opportunity to help us fill these new spaces with specialized therapy and developmental equipment that will directly impact the children we serve.

The walls are up. The vision is growing. And tiny feet are getting ready to take some very big steps. 👣✨

👣 Tiny fists + curled toes… could they be telling us something? 👊

Babies communicate with their whole bodies—and sometimes their hands and feet can give us clues about how much tension they’re carrying.

Occasional fi***ng and toe curling can be completely normal, especially in young infants. But when a baby frequently keeps their hands tightly fi**ed or curls/clenches their toes, particularly alongside other signs of stiffness, it may be a sign of increased muscle tension or difficulty relaxing and organizing their body.

You may also notice:

* Frequent arching or an extension preference
* Difficulty relaxing during feeding or sleep
* Stiffness with diaper changes or dressing
* Strong preference to look or move toward one side
* Difficulty opening the hands for play
* Toes gripping the floor during supported standing
* Fussiness or difficulty settling

As babies develop, we want to see their bodies become increasingly open, relaxed, variable, and adaptable. Hands should begin opening for reaching and exploration, and feet should be able to relax and adapt to different positions and surfaces.

At PhysioBaby, we don't look at one sign in isolation. We look at the whole baby—their movement patterns, posture, symmetry, feeding, breathing, regulation, and ability to comfortably explore their environment.

✨ Sometimes the smallest hands and feet can give us important clues about the bigger picture.

If you're noticing persistent fi***ng, toe curling, stiffness, or other movement concerns in your baby, a pediatric physical or occupational therapy evaluation can help determine whether additional support may be beneficial.

Happy Father’s Day from PhysioBaby! 💙

Today, we celebrate all of the incredible dads who make a difference in the lives of our children and families.

To the dads of our patients who show up, cheer loudly, practice therapy exercises at home, and provide unwavering support—thank you.

To the dads behind the scenes of our PhysioBaby families, supporting our therapists through early mornings, late evenings, and everything in between—thank you.

And to the fathers who raised and shaped the therapists we are privileged to work alongside every day—thank you for helping nurture the compassion, dedication, and strength that impact so many children and families.

Fatherhood is more than a title—it is a role with the power to create lasting, generational impact. The lessons taught, encouragement given, and love shared today will continue to influence lives for years to come.

We are grateful for all of the PhysioBaby dads and the countless ways you help children grow, thrive, and succeed.

Caps off to our May graduates 😉🎓

As we look back on a very busy month of May, we’re celebrating some very special milestones at PhysioBaby! 🎓💙

Last month, we had the privilege of cheering on several amazing children and families as they graduated from therapy. Watching these little ones grow stronger, gain confidence, reach goals, and achieve things that once seemed impossible is why we do what we do every day.

Graduation is never just about the final milestone; it’s about the hard work, determination, countless therapy sessions, and the unwavering support of parents, caregivers, and families along the way.

To our May graduates: we are incredibly proud of you. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. While we’re sad to see you go, we’re excited to watch you continue to thrive and conquer new adventures.

Congratulations, graduates! Your PhysioBaby family will always be cheering you on. 💙✨
