These progress photos were taken after a our depigmentation peel for her face/neck and even eye lids.

With melasma, more aggressive doesn’t always mean better. Too much heat, inflammation, or irritation can actually make pigmentation worse. Our goal is controlled correction while protecting the skin barrier along the way.

Microneedling depth matters more than you think. 👀

Going deeper doesn’t automatically mean better results.

The right depth depends on what we’re treating + where we’re treating it. Acne scars may require a different approach than fine lines, texture, or overall skin rejuvenation and areas like the forehead need a completely different depth than the cheeks.

Too shallow? You may not create enough stimulation to get the result you’re after.

Too deep? More inflammation and downtime without necessarily getting a better outcome.

Microneedling isn’t about seeing how aggressive we can be. It’s about creating controlled injury at the appropriate depth to trigger the skin’s natural repair process and collagen production.

Technique > trauma. Every time. 🧬✨
