Here’s your reminder:
✨ Face + neck = about 2 finger lengths of SPF
✨ Full body = about 1 oz (aka a shot glass full)
✨ Reapply every 2 hours, especially if you’re outside, sweating or driving around Houston all day!

And yes… cloudy days still count.
And yes… sitting by windows still counts.
And yes… darker skin tones STILL need SPF.
