Most clinicians don’t struggle because they don’t know any assessments.

They struggle because they’ve only had the chance to get comfortable with a few.

So when new cases come in, it’s easy to default to what’s familiar even when you know there might be a better fit.

At Invivo, one of the things we kept noticing was how complex clinicians’ day-to-day realities actually are.

Because this work is not just about understanding concepts or implementing treatment plans.

It’s also:
supporting families,
supervising staff,
navigating systems,
making difficult decisions,
balancing competing demands,
and trying to provide ethical, effective care in environments that are constantly changing.

At some point, many clinicians realize there’s a difference between understanding information and knowing how to apply it in real-world settings that are messy, emotional, fast-moving, and unpredictable.

That realization shaped a lot of how we built Invivo.
