I was listening to a podcast recently about GLPs, and a doctor said something that has been on my mind ever since: ‘Every decision we make affects our health.’
It’s such a powerful reminder that our well-being isn’t just about one big life change—it’s the sum of our daily choices. Whether we’re intentional about it or not, every decision we make impacts our health, directly or indirectly.
