We're excited to welcome Brad McKinney as our new Director of Talent Acquisition! Brad brings 11 years of talent acquisition experience to U.S. Physical Therapy, complemented by a strong background in learning and leadership development. His career has focused on helping organizations grow by strengthening their ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional people.

At USPh, Brad is focused on advancing recruitment across the company’s national network while maintaining the local relationships that drive each partner’s success. His priorities include recruiting innovation, partnership collaborations, and strategies that connect outstanding clinicians with meaningful career opportunities.
