Happy Fathers Day to the man who stepped into our lives when I was 8 years old

He showed up after being s3xually abused for 3 years

He showed up and stepped in in the middle of our chaos

And he’s been here ever since

I can’t say it’s been a smooth ride
He’s definitely not perfect
He had his own demons to work through
As we worked through all of ours

But he’s been here
And his family took us in as there’s
So many amazing memories come from him stepping into our lives

I most want to thank you Steve Schulz aka Dad for being a SAFE man in the sense of sexuality

With so much violence against women and children and s3xual abuse and violations coming to the surface everyday within families

It’s becoming more and more apparent that finding a man who doesn’t s3xualize children is like finding a needle in the haystack

So thank you for taking us into your family
Thank you for being safe s3xually
And thank you for being an even better grandpa than dad to our little ones

Sending love to all the dads out there who are SAFE for the women and children they are connected to 🙏🙏🙏

Got the crowd up & dancing at the beginning of my talk

I think all those years of dancing off the top of at came in handy

And of course the song i chose was I’m every woman by Whitney Houston - I knew it would be a hit for the ladies

So fun

My 10 year old self is so proud of this 42 yr old version of me 100%

Had so much fun with in London this past week

I’ve never had the experience of having a professional photographer follow me around

Capturing the best images, candids, b roll and making sure she was capturing me in the best lighting and angles (I’ve had a lot of disappointing photographers)

And let me tell you it was so fun and made me feel like a super star

My old self even 5 years ago would not have been able be up on this bridge in this video

With all of these people around doing a photoshoot 😂

My older self would have been hiding because she would feel self conscious when people looked

The self I’ve embodied and grown into just says hi to the people 😜

And now I want to do this more often because it was so fun to be creative and play photoshoot with someone all week

I set 3 goals using Ai to create the visuals of me already having them (visuals are powerful)

1. Was to speak on a live in person stage of an impactful event

2. Was to release 20-30lbs

3. Was to feel good in my clothes and for them to reflect my bad assery

As of today I’ve accomplished all 3

I have released 38 pounds - i love my style that’s come through and I just spoke on the Stage in London with so many powerhouse women and it was an impactful and beautiful event 🔥

It’s time to create new goals let’s go !!! 🙏🥰🥂
