Makeup Lesson by JENTRY (OPTION 4)

Makeup lessons with me $250 - I block off two hours and you bring all of your products, including other brands that you own. I tell you what to keep, what to toss, and show you how to apply. We can use a mixture of my products and your products, all of my products or all of your products whatever you prefer. I only work 3 to 4 days a month so space is limited.

Makeup Lesson with a JKC ARTIST (Option 2)

These lessons are one hour - you don’t bring any of your own products. We exclusively use our own brand. You hold the mirror, you’re watching as you learn. This option is free when you buy 4+ makeup items. You can apply the knowledge and techniques that you learn in your session with the products that you already own at home or purchase new!

New mom 👩🏻 + 🧑 🧑 looking for a refresh and a pick-me-up. We spent two hours together playing with make up to achieve a very natural cute in carpool look for Zoom calls and day to day. Then a pop-up color for nighttime. She left looking great and feeling confident with her new routine! LOVE THAT LIP!

My 45th birthday presents to myself were a BELPH + a LASER

I couldn’t do both at the same time, so I cut off my eyelids with Eric Hamill, MD first now I’m frying off my face with Melanie Frye

You can watch the video to see what my face looked like back in 2014 when I started my journey with lasers and peels. I have come a very long way! What I tell all of my clients is there is not any one single thing that corrects it all in one sitting. It’s patience, consistency, and in time it pays off. Everything that I do gets me one step closer to my goal of flawless skin. Some of it is maintaining overtime!

I laid in tanning beds, as many of you guys know, from the age of 13. My mom owned a tanning bed salon. When I started all of this, I had deep dark patches, as you can see in the video from my eyebrow all the way down my cheek. Those are now completely gone from several IPLs and ViPeels.

I’m not going to live my life completely out of the sun. That’s no way to live in my mind! I love the boat. I love the beach. I love the pool, and I will continue to live my life that way, and maintain with a laser once a year! I let it go two years this time so I have a lot to fry off!

Stay tuned for the second video that I will post in about a week showing the day by day results of the peppering on my skin. I’m excited!

Today marked a huge accomplishment for me… and JKC.

In July 2017, I took a huge risk and bought my first piece of commercial real estate. It was our Houston Central location.

It was so ugly, y’all. Scary in fact. SWIPE RIGHT. It looked like some overseas 3rd world prison with 9 foot bars circling the building. BUT - it came with a 30x10ft billboard AND it was on a major freeway in Houston. After moving in and getting broken into 3 to 4 times I realized why the security bars were there! So I had to pay $30,000 to add SHUTTERS! 🤣 yay!

I got a great deal on the bldg, and an SBA - loan since I was a first timer. What I didn’t realize was that SBA loans are very interest heavy for the first half of the loan. When I bought my second and third building, I realized that the OG,and its principal, was never really making any movement going down. I had a good interest rate (3%) but the principle what still higher than my other 2 bldgs I bought years later for the same price.

So today, once that anniversary sale money hit my account - I PAID IT OFF!!! No prepayment penalty (thank god) and no more flushing $3-4000+ a month towards interest alone. DONE! ✅

I feel so relieved (and proud) and the fact that my team and I worked our tail feathers 🪶 off selling y’all 10000s of lipsticks to make this happen. Time to celebrate!!!

As I come up on the final 2 hours of our 15th anniversary, I was looking for a pic to post. I found 40, but IG only allows for 20 🤣. So I had to narrow it down.

If I were to die today, I have to say I truly got to live the life I never, ever expected… a little ole gal from Friendswood. A nobody without any confidence. JKC has given me so many opportunities and I have met so many amazing people! Truly.

I got to be on TV dozens of times, had my makeup brand sold all across the world - in stores in several states across the US. Multiple department stores, casinos, doctor’s offices, and boutique retailers. I got to be a writer for multiple magazines, go to the Emmy’s and snagged a picture with Heidi Klum and walked the red carpet with celebs. I got to be a part of the Hunger Games tour when it came to Houston and did Alan Ritchson’s makeup. I designed MU looks for major designers (Monique lhuillier, Zac Posen, BCBG, Chloe Dao, David Peck) at Houston fashion week (Fashion Houston) - as the exclusive makeup brand on all runway models for 2 years - most of these things happening my first three years in business!

Although my focus now is more on every day women, educating and empowering them to feel confident applying makeup on their own, and more about selling products instead of services….. I really did get to do it all in 15 years.

JKC has grown from a small IKEA shelf hanging from my wall inside my sh*tty apartment with cars on blocks, to an 8000 square-foot building on a major freeway in Houston with 30+ people on my team and a billboard with my face on it! Starting in my kitchen with 10 friends that helped me label while I cooked them a big old pot of Alfredo. Including Oscar!

It feels like I’ve lived all 9 lives in 15. It’s been fun, it’s been hard and I’ve laughed and I’ve cried. But here we are, I made it. I made it to my quince. Praise be. Some of yall have literally grown up with me. You have seen the good and the bad.
