We are a small, growing community of healthcare practitioners and teachers that believe that by regularly recognizing the stillstates of mind and body, brains re-calibrate towards well being. Reports of the health benefits of some ancient spiritual and physical practices are arriving almost weekly. We'll follow the results of the research in the neurosciences to offer insights and technologies that can retool the brain and body.
