10 units? 15? 20? 💉 When it comes to forehead Botox, the ideal number isn't the same for everyone.

➡️ Most patients need 10 to 20 units of Botox for horizontal forehead lines, with around 15 units being common. But muscle strength, forehead anatomy, age, wrinkle depth, and how much natural movement you want to preserve can all change that number.

How many Botox units are typically used?
✔️ Forehead lines only: 10 to 20 units
✔️ Frown lines only: 15 to 25 units
✔️ Forehead + frown lines: 25 to 45 units
✔️ Full upper face: 45 to 65 units
✔️ First-time forehead treatment often starts conservatively at 10 to 15 units

Why your ideal forehead dose is personal:
