Yesterday was Faculty Awards Day 2026 . is excited to share the names of all faculty who won awards...

Dr. Sandesh Nagamani received a 2026 Ben and Margaret Love Foundation Bobby Alford Award for Academic Clinical Professionalism. The award recognizes a physician at Baylor for professionalism, humanism, & the ability to model these qualities in the practice of medicine.

Dr. V. Reid Sutton received a 2026 Barbara and Corbin J. Robertson, Jr. Presidential Award for Excellence in Education award. This award is Baylor’s most prestigious award for faculty educational service. Read more about Reid here: https://bit.ly/49VX7Kf

Dr. Chaya Murali received an Early Career Faculty Award for Excellence in Patient Care and Dr. Shweta Dhar received a Master Clinician Award
