I’m not JUST a nail tech… BABY, I’m a little bit of EVERYTHING! 😭😂💅🏾

Plumber? Apparently. 🔧
Janitor? Absolutely. 🧹
Therapist? On occasion. 😂
Marketing director? Every day. 📱
Accountant? Unfortunately. 💸
IT department? Against my will. 💻
Interior designer? Add it to the list.
CEO? Oh yeah… THAT’S my actual job. 👑

Y’all come in, sit down, relax, get your nails done, and enjoy the vibes. But behind the scenes? It’s a whole different production! 😂

And that’s the beauty of entrepreneurship. Sometimes the job requires you to be more than what your title says.

Every detail, from the cleanliness of the salon to the products we choose and the experience you receive, takes work, intention, and a whole lot of problem-solving.

But seeing our clients leave happy, confident, and loving their nails? That’s what makes all those extra job titles worth it. 🤍

My lower back is KILLING ME! 😭😂

Y’all see the pretty nails and polished toes, but BABY… the positions we have to put our bodies in to make the magic happen?! Somebody come get us! 😂💅🏾

Between bending over feet, leaning across tables, twisting our backs, and holding our arms in awkward positions for hours… this career is NOT for the weak!

And while we absolutely love what we do, we need a little teamwork from our clients. 🤍

When you’re in our chair, be mindful of your positioning. Relax your hands, keep your arms supported, avoid lifting your elbows unnecessarily, and let us guide you into the proper position.

Those little adjustments make a BIG difference in reducing the strain on our backs, shoulders, wrists, and necks.

We want to keep doing beautiful nails for years to come, and we’d prefer to do it without needing a chiropractor on speed dial! 😭😂

Because somehow this year came and went QUICK… and now we’re down to the final stretch.

So whatever you said you were going to do — it’s time to do that s**t.

Do it for yourself.
Do it for your inner child.
Do it to honor the people who came before you.
Do it for the version of you who almost gave up.

Or hell… do it because sometimes you need to remind a few people to put some RESPECT on your name. 😂

Whatever your reason is, use it.

We don’t need another perfect plan. We don’t need another Monday. We don’t need January 1st.

We need to LOCK IN.

There’s still time to change the story of how this year ends.

There was no Plan B. No “maybe I’ll just give up.” Around here, it’s business or bust — and somehow, we keep figuring it out. 💅🏾

My client was dealing with a case of onycholysis and made the decision to remove the portion of the nail that was no longer attached to the nail bed.

For those who may not know, onycholysis is when the nail begins lifting from the nail bed, typically starting at the free edge and progressing toward the nail matrix.

But with a gala coming up, she still wanted to feel confident and polished for her special event — so we created a custom toenail prosthesis to restore the appearance of the nail while supporting her nail journey. 💅🏾✨
