For one afternoon, we’re bringing women together to slow down, reconnect and understand the body on a deeper level.

We’ll explore nervous system regulation, hormones, digestion and root causes with Erin Thole, along with movement, breath, somatic practices and an immersive sound experience designed to bring you into deep rest and stillness.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about understanding yourself.
