Magnum Telehealth is a Houston-based medical clinic providing provider-led telehealth care to eligible adults throughout Texas. Services include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), low testosterone evaluation and monitoring, medical weight management, menโ€™s health consultations, custom laboratory testing, sermorelin therapy, and injectable wellness options including NAD+, glutathione, and vitamin B12. Care begins with a medical evaluation and appropriate laboratory review. Treatment is individualized and prescribed only when clinically appropriate, with ongoing follow-up and monitoring. In-person appointments are available in Houston by appointment.

I've had a very positive experience with Malek so far. He has a very supportive, comforting approach. He is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients. One of the best things is how accessible he isโ€”you can text him if you have any questions which provides immense peace of mind. He takes the time to listen thoroughly and never makes you feel rushed. He is also extremely knowledgeable and prioritizes his patients' best interests.
