“Do you offer PMU consultations?”
This is a question I get all the time, so here’s the scoop:
🤔 Consultations? Nope, not my thing for permanent makeup!
I know this might surprise some people, but every business runs differently, and this approach has worked beautifully for me and my clients for years.
Why no consultations?
Well, the first hour of every appointment already includes everything you’d get in a consultation plus more! During this time, we’ll talk about:
✔️ Color theory
✔️ Shaping and design
✔️ Realistic expectations
✔️ What to expect during healing
✔️ Your makeup habits and how they’ll influence your results
If you’ve had work done by another artist, no worries! Just send me a photo, and I’ll let you know if we’re a good match. With 8+ years of experience, I can easily assess your skin type and tattoo area from a picture, so no need for an in person consultation.
💡 Why I don’t offer separate consultations:
If you’ve read through my website, texted or emailed me questions, or had a phone conversation with me, you already have everything you need to decide! I believe consultations are unnecessary if you’ve done your research and feel ready to move forward.
If you’re looking for someone to convince you to get a tattoo, I’m probably not the artist for you. Tattoos are a big commitment, and I’m here to work with people who are already excited and ready to take the next step.
At the end of the day, I recommend scheduling only when you feel 100% confident and ready to move forward. After all, this is a tattoo that will last forever! I’ll make sure you’re informed, comfortable, and excited about the process every step of the way.
