Its true! Thank you, . Have you noticed a shift since the kids have been back in school? In Texas "its too hot" for recess. Thank goodness my kids are involved in after school sports so they at least get that sunshine exposure. The flu is already making its rounds. I promise you, you will notice a difference after the first couple of doses. Generally, I recommend a teaspoon of syrup every 4 hours when sick to clear up symptoms within a couple of days. After you are well, just take one teaspoon daily and watch what happens. 😘😘

As I run around Houston and deliver restocks to vendors that carry my products I always try to and . Today I stopped by just down the street from Family Tree Chiropractic (which will be restocked this afternoon) and snagged a Cleopatra Latte (local honey and salted caramel made with oat milk) and a sugar-free Vader Jolt (energy drink) for later this afternoon when I pick up my kids from school and take them to soccer and volleyball practice. They were incredibly friendly, kind and had amazing customer service but what I was most pleasantly surprised by was how quickly my order was ready. Stop in and try this place! They also have shakes, matcha, road bites (locally made cake pops) and even gallons available for catering (which I will definitely keep in mind for future PTO events at my kids school!) They are in the same plaza as who also happen to carry my FAVORITE Italian rainbow cookies (from NYC). Have you tried RoadRunners yet? What is your favorite beverage? ☕️
