Meet our Dylan one of our occupational therapist on our therapy team!
Dylan S. North, MSOT, OTRL, is a licensed occupational therapist who earned his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Saginaw Valley State University, where he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. During his time at SVSU, he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, pediatrics, and skilled nursing.
Dylan has been with Synchrony for the past two years, where he has continued to grow as a clinician while providing patient-centered care in the skilled nursing setting. He is passionate about helping individuals maximize their independence and quality of life through functional, goal-driven interventions, with a focus on safety, independence, and successful return to daily activities.
He chose to pursue a career in occupational therapy after witnessing the meaningful impact therapists had on his grandmother’s recovery. Seeing her regain independence and confidence in her daily life inspired him to follow a path where he could make a similar difference in the lives of others.
Dylan also enjoys mentoring students and supporting the development of future clinicians. He is committed to continued professional growth and strives to bring a positive, collaborative approach to every patient interaction.
